Senior Hearts
Through our Senior Heart Sponsor program, we aim to raise awareness about the importance of caring for our seniors. Our sponsors play a crucial role in making this happen! For just $2, you can become a Senior Heart Sponsor and be a part of our mission to show compassion and gratitude to our seniors. Your contribution will go to our community outreach and youth connections projects. Teaching our youth the importance for those who came before us.
Our focus is on connecting older adults with the resources they need to engage with their communities and keep their minds active. We believe that strong connections between older adults and their communities can have tremendous benefits for both young and mature, and we work hard to make that a reality. One of the ways we achieve this is by providing opportunities for young people to connect with seniors with cards, gift bags, music and arts & crafts in local senior homes. Not only does this provide a valuable service to the residents, but it also teaches our youth important skills like interacting with people who may be different from them and taking responsibility for their actions. It’s a win-win situation for everyone involved!
